What’s new in Paid Media: March 2025 industry updates

Paid Media Analyst. Joined Impression in September 2024.
After completing my MSc in Management from Warwick Business School and gaining experience through multiple marketing internships, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that combined my analytical mindset with digital marketing. I chose Impression for its strong reputation and excellent work-life balance, which aligns perfectly with my professional values.
My typical day begins with reviewing emails and mapping out priority tasks while enjoying my essential morning coffee (and probably a few more throughout the day!). I create a structured plan to ensure all client work and projects are handled efficiently and effectively.
Something I am proud of:
During my undergraduate studies, I raised approximately £3,000 as part of social clubs using an online fundraising platform. With the funds, we provided food and clothing to people in need during the COVID-19 pandemic, distributed sanitary pads to underprivileged women in various Indian cities, and donated stationery and sports equipment to an orphanage etc. These experiences made a lasting impact on me, and I’m incredibly proud of the difference we were able to make. It’s something I hope to continue doing—working on projects that create a positive impact.
Outside of work:
You’ll most likely find me exploring every restaurant in town – I’m a passionate foodie who loves discovering new cuisines and dining spots! When I’m not on a food adventure, I enjoy staying active through badminton and express my creative side through painting.
